about you.

This policy covers the website at showstopper.agency and the enquiries that reach us from it. The business behind it is AIRLIVING LLC, trading as Showstopper Agency. We build websites for women's fashion labels.

We are the company that decides what happens to the information described here. The address at the top of this page is the one to use for anything privacy related.

This site runs no analytics, no advertising trackers, and no cookies of its own. There are no accounts, no sign-up, and no database behind it. Nothing on this page watches you across the internet, and we do not sell information about you.

The enquiry form on the contact page does not submit anything to us. It assembles a draft in your own email app: your name, your email address, your brand or website, and your message. Until you press send in that app, we have nothing from you at all.

Once you send it, we receive that email and use it for the obvious reasons: to reply, to scope the work, to put a quote together, and to run the project if you decide to hire us.

The platform that hosts this site keeps standard server logs: IP address, the pages requested, the referring site, and the time of the visit. That is how a website stays up and stays safe. We do not build advertising profiles out of those logs, and we do not sell them.

This site sets none. No session cookies, no advertising cookies, nothing that follows you to another site. If we ever add something that needs your consent, this page is updated first and the site asks you before it switches on.

Only what a job actually needs. That means the hosting and email providers that keep us running, and the services you connect for your own store: Google, Meta, a payment processor, a shipping carrier, an analytics tool you choose.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We do not hand your details to marketing lists.

Enquiry and project emails stay with us while we are working together, and afterwards for as long as it takes to answer questions, honour what we agreed in a quote, and keep ordinary business records. Tell us to delete what you sent and we delete it, unless we are required to keep a specific thing for legal reasons.

Write to us and ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Ask us to stop contacting you and we stop. We answer these requests from real people, and nobody gets charged, delayed or treated differently for making one.

We are a US-based company and people visit from everywhere. Information may be processed in the United States and in whichever country our providers run their systems. We choose providers for reasonable security rather than the lowest price.

This site is not aimed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe we have something that belongs to a child, tell us and we will remove it.

When what we do changes, this page changes with it, and the date at the top moves. Nothing here is applied retroactively to information you sent under an earlier version.
