The agreement
These terms apply to work between AIRLIVING LLC, trading as Showstopper Agency, and the person or company hiring us. By commissioning work you accept them.
The quote you approve before work starts governs the specifics of your project: scope, price, dates and deliverables. Where a quote and these terms disagree, the quote wins. Nothing published on this site is a contract on its own.
What we do
We design and build custom websites for women's fashion labels, and we keep them running. Our standard package, The Whole Store, covers the build plus an ongoing plan: hosting, updates, support, a journal that publishes on a schedule, campaign connections to Google and Meta, brand-consistent image and video assets, and connections to the systems you already use.
The full list lives on the Whole Store page. What is not in a package is not included unless a quote says so.
What we need from you
Your collection images, product data, copy, brand assets, and access to the accounts a store needs: domain, hosting, payment processor, shipping, ad platforms. You need the rights to what you send us. Feedback and approvals on time keep the launch date honest; long silences move it, and we will tell you when they have.
Money
Our current standard rates for The Whole Store are $3,500 for the build and $295 per month for the ongoing plan. Those are published rates, not a quote for your project; the number you sign for comes from your quote.
Ad spend, subscription fees and any other third-party charges are billed by whoever provides them, not by us. If payment goes outstanding, we may pause work and suspend the site until it is settled.
The monthly plan
The plan keeps the store online, updated, supported and connected to its tools. Either side can end it in writing. When it ends, we hand over what belongs to you, and access to the systems we manage stops. If you move away, we help you leave cleanly rather than holding the site hostage.
Who owns what
You own your brand, your content, your product data and the finished website once it is paid for. We keep our own tools, templates, code patterns and methods, and we are free to reuse them for anyone else.
We may show the finished work as an example of what we do. If you would rather we did not, say so before launch and we will not.
How we work
Human vision, machine execution. A person sets the direction, makes the creative calls and is accountable for the result; AI accelerates the repetitive work. Outputs are reviewed by a human before they go live, and you approve what ships. We do not pretend the work is hand-built, and we do not let a model make decisions about your brand.
Other people's services
A store touches services we do not control: Google, Meta, hosting, domain registrars, payment processors, shipping carriers. Their terms and prices apply to you, and they can change without asking either of us. We check compatibility before we build against a system, but we cannot promise a third party will stay available, affordable, or unchanged.
Your store, your rules
You are responsible for what your store sells and how: products, pricing, stock, taxes, shipping, returns, product claims, and your own policies. We build the machine; you own the business running on it. If a legal obligation applies to your shop, it is yours to meet, and we will happily build the pages that help.
No promises about outcomes
We commit to doing the work properly and to making the site fast, shoppable and hard to forget. We do not guarantee traffic, sales, search rankings or ad performance. Those depend on your product, your market, your budget and your patience, and anyone who promises them is guessing.
Limits on liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for a project is limited to the fees you have paid us for it, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or lost sales. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Ending, changes, and law
Either side can end a project in writing; the quote says what is owed at that point. We may update these terms, and the date at the top of this page moves when we do.
These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which AIRLIVING LLC is organised, plus the US federal laws that apply. Questions about any of it go to the address at the top of this page.
Anything unclear
or unfair?
Write to us and a person answers. These pages are our working agreement in plain language, not legal advice. If you want a second opinion before signing, have your own lawyer read them.
